Look no further! Dr. Lum comes with so much knowledge, experience, and care. I came in for Botox in my jaw for night grinding. And I left understanding how my muscles were operating while I was grinding and how he decides where to inject and why. I won’t give away his process and techniques, but you will feel very safe and that he’s looking out for your best interest. There was nothing gimmicky. He is open to answer any questions and does not rush, I learned things I didn’t know I wanted to know about facial muscles, lol. As for pricing, it’s is very fair, and I believe Dr. Lum is very mindful of that and runs an honest business.

Dr. Lum is an expert in the field and does an amazing job educating patients on the procedure at hand. This clinic truly follows a patient-led approach, which is very refreshing in this day and age. As someone who is less concerned with aesthetics and more concerned with therapeutics (I’m pursuing TMJ Botox), this the perfect clinic for my needs. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing the services they provide!

I have been going to Dr. Lum for the past two years. He is the kindest, most reliable professional I have encountered. His attention to detail is second to none. His professionalism exceeds all expectations. He injects Botox on my face and I have NEVER bruised nor did I encounter any issues. He is extremely gentle when injecting but before that, he offers his patients choices of injectables and informs one, before hand, cost of each procedure. I’m very happy with the clinic’s services and have recommended numerous friends to Dr. Lum.

There’s a reason why I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lum for quite a few years: he’s the best! Dr. Lum is very personable and easy to talk to. He listens carefully to my concerns and goals then makes sure to explain each product and procedure in great detail. He is honest in recommending the proper product and procedure that best fulfills my goals without ever overselling. Furthermore, his receptionists is so sweet and helpful. When I leave his office I not only feel better about myself due to my procedure, but I feel like I’ve just spent time with friends. It is my pleasure to share my 1st visit experience with this wonderful Dr. Michael Lum in Torrance. I had a procedure done on my face somewhere else. A few days later I noticed something concerning on my face. I called up Dr Lum’s office & spoke to the lovely front desk staff Ann & requested an appointment to see Dr. Lum. Ann stated that Dr. Lum had a day off for personal reasons , but she will pass on my message. (PS: I had never seen him before) Dr. Lum returned my call later on that afternoon & he came to his office to address and fix my concerns on that same day! He is very thorough in his care and explained everything very well. He is very knowledgable and has great aesthetic skills ! He is very pleasant with great bedside manners. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Michael Lum and his wonderful staff! 5 Stars !!
